Behind the Author

LTC (Ret.) Brad Huestis grew up playing pond hockey. He is Airborne and Ranger qualified, and served as a paratrooper, artilleryman, and judge advocate, receiving the Bronze Star in Iraq. Now retired from active duty, he skates with the Bayern Rangers and splits his time between Bavaria and Florida.
